The School of Amman Ballet Melissa Sweiss, Director, was founded in spring, 2009 by Melissa Sweiss as an educational and artistic venture to bring Art to the residents and children of Amman through classical ballet training, performance opportunities and community outreach programs. The School is rapidly growing with over 100 students being taught through the greater Amman metropolitan area.
The School of Amman Ballet’s mission is to bring Art to the residents and children of Amman through classical ballettraining, performance opportunities and community outreach programs. Students are taught in a nurturing environment that fosters confidence and individual achievement as well as artistry and technique.
